GUIDE ON HOW TO ORDER TICKETS ONLINE FOR CONCERTS IN THE NETHERLANDS

This guide is a manual on how to buy tickets when you’re living of staying in another country.

Livenation.nl is the official website to purchase concert- and festivaltickets in The Netherlands. In a couple of short steps this guide will explain how you can order your tickets online. We would like to underline that original tickets can only be ordered via www.livenation.nl and our ticketing partner Ticket Master. Only if you buy tickets on these two websites, access to the event is assured.

Required
-  An account on www.ticketmaster.nl
-  Adobe Reader (to print e-tickets)
-  Home banking (iDeal via SNS, FrieslandBank, ASN Bank, SNS Regio Bank, Triodos, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, Fortis or ING) or a Creditcard (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visacard)

Please note: to order tickets via our website you need a valid credit card (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard). Due to fraud prevention the country of origin of the credit card must be the same as the country where you are trying to book tickets from. If you don't have a Credit card that is registered in The Netherlands or home banking in The Netherlands, please order tickets via our call center.

Tickets can be ordered via our international call center on phone number (+31) 88 123 2425, up to six days before the event date. The call center can be reached from Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, as well as Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You can pay for your order with a money transfer. Upon payment, your tickets will be sent to your home address.

To order tickets online:

1. Find the event page
Select the artist on our website or type in the artist name in the search bar at the top of the page. Click on the event to enroll the event you want to buy tickets for.

2. Click on the red ‘Buy Tickets’ button
You will be redirected to the website of our official ticketingpartner Ticket Master. You are directly linked to the order page. Here you can see and select the ticket categories and prices.

3. Select your tickets
The Ticket Master system will automatically select the best available tickets in the pricerange you’ve selected. Please select the number of tickets you wish to order. In step 2 you can choose to select the best available seats by clicking ‘Look for tickets’.

You can also select a specific range. Click ‘Choose Price & Location’ to do so. Select a range in the dropdown menu and click ‘Look for tickets’.

Booking via interactive seat map
For some events it is also possible to select your own seats on the map of the venue. When this option is available, you will be taken to the seat map directly when you enter the order page. If not, you can click ‘Take me back to the Interactive Seat Map’ in the red bar. Choose this option to select specific seats.

Click on the area you’d like to sit in. A more detailed map will show of the available seats. Select the desired seats. You can also select a category on the left hand side or use your mouse to browse the map and see which category a seat is in.

After clicking a seat, you can select a ticket. The seats you’ve chosen will appear in the map in red. Beneath the map, you’ll find your selected seats. These can still be deleted if you’d like, by clicking ‘Show details’. Click on the button ‘Continue’ to place the order.

4. Security Check
Please type in both words in the security check and click ‘Continue’.

5. Check your order
Check the tickets you have selected. If you’re happy, click ‘Continue’.

6. Additional items
You can select additional items if you’d like. Click ‘Continue’.

7. Log in
To order tickets, you need to create an account at www.ticketmaster.nl. This is not the same account as your My Live Nation account. If you already have a Ticket Master account, you can fill in your username and password. Click on ‘Register’ to create a new account.

8. Select delivery method
Select a delivery method.

TicketFast
The tickets will be send to you by email and you can print the tickets yourself. There are no additional costs.

Standard mail abroad
You’ll receive the tickets by mail. Additional costs € 5,60.

Registered mail abroad
You’ll receive the tickets by registered mail. Additional costs € 14,-.

Select and click on the button ‘Continue’.

9. Select payment method
Choose how you’d like to pay for your tickets.

Creditcard
You can also use a Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa creditcard for payment. An additional 4% transaction fee will be charged.

iDEAL
You can use iDEAL if you use home banking and have an banking account at SNS, FrieslandBank, ASN Bank, SNS Regio Bank, Triodos, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, Fortis or ING. There are no additional fees.

Check your details and agree to the Terms. Click ‘Confirm purchase’ to be taken to the page where you can finish your payment.

10. Your tickets
If you’ve selected TicketFast, your tickets will be sent to your emailaddress. If you haven’t received the email, you can go to www.ticketmaster.nl and log in to your account. You will find your tickets here.
