FAQ Amsterdam shows
For these concerts, there is a ticket limit of a maximum of 8 tickets per show.
Please note: Do not order more tickets than the ticket limit allows. If you do, Ticketmaster may cancel one or all of your orders. This can apply to orders with the same email address, billing address, credit card number, and/or other details.
Ticketmaster’s resale platform is currently unavailable. If it becomes available at a later date, we will provide that information here, and the option will also be available on Ticketmaster.
Yes, if any concerts are sold out, a waiting list option will be made available. You can sign up for the waiting list through Ticketmaster. More information about the waiting list and how it works can be found on Ticketmaster’s website.
For visitors who use a wheelchair, a viewing platform (EXTO platform) is available at most events. A wheelchair/companion ticket is required to sit there.
How do I order such a ticket?
You can order these tickets online via Ticketmaster or by phone (0900 300 1250, 60 cpm). Online, click on ‘Find Tickets’ for the desired date.
You will see a seating chart > Click on the section with the wheelchair icon and select your seats > then follow the steps of the ordering process.
If no seating chart is available, select the desired number of wheelchair/companion tickets under “Choose your ticket.”
Can’t select wheelchair/companion tickets?
Follow these steps:
Choose the desired number of tickets under Regular, then click “Choose prices and sections.”
Select Wheelchair/companion ticket and go back.
You will now see wheelchair tickets under Prices and sections. Click Continue.
Complete the rest of the ordering process.
Important!
Each attendee needs their own ticket. So, a visitor in a wheelchair and their companion need two tickets. Because the number of seats on a wheelchair platform is limited, each wheelchair is allowed one companion on the EXTO platform.
Various VIP tickets will be available for the concerts in Amsterdam. VIP tickets are sold through Ticketmaster.
No, there is no minimum age. For all concerts, we recommend an age of 16 years. We advise fans under 16 to attend with an adult companion.
Due to the crowded conditions on the floor, we recommend that fans under 12 purchase seated tickets.
All attendees, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
The ages mentioned above are advisory. Ultimately, it is up to parents or guardians to decide whether their children (with or without a companion) should attend a concert.
Please note that, by order of the fire department, it is not permitted to use a wheelchair, walker, mobility scooter, or other medical aid on the field at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Are you coming with a wheelchair, walker, mobility scooter, or other medical aid? You are warmly welcome to use one of the viewing platforms inside the Johan Cruijff ArenA. To do so, you must have a ticket for the wheelchair/companion seating.
At all concerts in the Johan Cruijff ArenA, we ensure that special wheelchair-accessible places are available on the viewing platform. If you are attending as a wheelchair user and bringing a companion, this companion must also have a ticket for this platform. We offer special 'Wheelchair/Companion Places' tickets for this purpose.
For your safety and in line with our permit conditions, we have two specific locations in the ArenA for wheelchair users: the viewing platform on the ground floor and a specially designated area on level six. It is important to know that, due to fire safety regulations, it is not allowed to sit with a wheelchair in non-designated areas, even with a valid ticket for one of the floor sections.
If you already have a wheelchair and companion ticket, your place on the viewing platform is guaranteed, and you do not need to make any further requests. For visitors with a regular standing or seating ticket who wish to exchange it for a place on the viewing platform, a request can be submitted through Livecrowd. Please note that places are limited and will be allocated based on availability, which means not all requests can be accommodated.
For more information about the stadium's accessibility, visit the Johan Cruijff ArenA website. Accessible toilets are located in Wing A.

Larger bags and backpacks are not allowed in the stadium. Therefore, we recommend leaving these at home so you can enjoy the concert without any delays.

Johan Cruijff ArenA aims to recycle trash. It's very easy: when throwing away your trash, you'll see several accompanying icons. Throw your trash in the correct bin: plastic cups go in the green bin, and all other trash goes in the gray bin. We'll do the rest!

There are no lockers or cloakroom facilities inside the stadium. We recommend leaving bags larger than A4 size and umbrellas at home, as they are not allowed inside the stadium.
We understand that you can hardly wait for the artist to take the stage, but overnight stays in public areas are not allowed. The police will monitor this and may take action against those who do not comply with this rule. You can start lining up at the entrances for the field and the ring from 12:00 PM on showday. Of course, you are also welcome later in the afternoon or early evening. Simply join the end of the line calmly and listen to the instructions of the security staff.
Even if the concert has already started, you can still enter the stadium with a valid ticket. This way, you won't miss a moment of the music. A small but important reminder: once you leave the stadium, re-entry is not possible. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to discuss them with the security staff at the entrances.
The Johan Cruijff ArenA is a cashless stadium. Inside the stadium, you can only pay with PIN (contactless), MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, AMEX, and VPay.

De Kiosk: Offers small snacks and sweets, perfect for a quick bite or something to satisfy your sweet tooth.

It is important to know that bringing your own food and/or drinks is not allowed, except for a plastic water bottle without a cap of up to 0.5 liters. If you bring food or other drinks, you will be asked to dispose of them in the available waste bins at the stadium entrances. If you are in the mood for a treat, refer to the answer above, which lists the dining options within the Johan Cruijff ArenA.
We understand that some visitors have specific dietary needs for medical reasons. If you fall into this category, you are allowed to bring your own food or drink, provided you can show a medical certificate or a medication passport. If you have any questions or need more information, please do not hesitate to contact Livecrowd.
From every section in the stadium, the toilets are easy to reach and clearly marked, so you never have to search far. For our visitors who use accessible toilets, these are located in Wing A.

Additionally, there are mobile first aid teams active both on the field and in the rings, ready to provide quick assistance when needed. It is recommended to travel to the concert by public transport. On the day of the concert, please be aware of heavy traffic and other events in the ArenA area.

Intercity and local trains (sprinters) from locations including Schiphol, Utrecht Central, Ede-Wageningen, Arnhem, Nijmegen, Eindhoven, Gouda, and Rotterdam stop at these stations.
If you are coming from Schiphol, Almere, or Amersfoort, take the train to Duivendrecht station. If you are coming from Utrecht Central, take the train to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station.
Note! Reduced train service from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station (May 20–23)
